From fast food chains to new build developments
Last year was quieter than most with everything that’s been going on but we still undertook many different jobs in various sectors. So from opening fast food outlets to managing new build utility connections, read on for our 2022 end of year review!
Feasibility and pre-tendering studies
We undertook over 40 feasibility studies for companies including, Bellway Homes Yorkshire, Frontier Estates, Fed 3 Projects, Wyeth Project Services, Cheltenham Borough Homes and more. These will help them plan their projects more efficiently.
Our feasibility and pre-tendering services help our clients in a number of ways. We are able to obtain budget costs based on site specific work specification and obtain asset records to identify exactly what is buried in a client’s land. We provide a thorough, comprehensive report detailing the cost of utility infrastructure works, saving our client’s time and money.
New business connections
It’s always exciting working on the opening of new businesses – even after all these years! in 2022 we assisted Dominos with 14 of their new store openings (a far cry from when they were opening 100 a year before the pandemic).
We also assisted Wendy’s with all 6 of their new stores they were opening in the UK. They have just signed up with us to work with them on their stores for this year also which is very encouraging, look out for a Wendy’s near you soon!
New build utility connections
It’s always a pleasure helping create more housing in the UK. We organised new build utility connections for approximately 334 new build plots for Miller Homes Yorkshire in the last 12 months. Each plot had water, gas, electric and some had fibre connections also. We also organised utilities for approximately 63 new plots for Miller Homes North East.
