Powersave Direct have had a very busy September with a number of new projects coming through the door. It is particularly pleasing to report more repeat business from Walker Sheppard Ltd with their new development in Newtown.
This project is in the very scenic location on the outskirts of Baschurch and having personally visited the site Managing Director, Mandie Brown, is sure it will be a big success for both Walker Sheppard and Powersave, “The plot of land is truly in a lovely location, closely situated to Walker Sheppard’s previous project in Newtown to which we also co-ordinated the utility connections. I am sure that this scheme will be very popular with housebuyers particularly now as the market is starting to pick up and we are delighted to again work with Walker Sheppard in co-ordinating their various utility requirements”. Powersave will be required to undertake the gas, water, electricity and telecomms connections to this site along with the diversion of an electricity pylon across the site entrance, the scope of works involved showing the ability of Powersave Direct to undertake a whole variety of utility requirements.
